El Museu Internacional dels Titelles de Catalunya (MIT) est\u00e0 ubicat a la Masia Can Falguera, a Palau-solit\u00e0 i Plegamans, al Vall\u00e8s Occidental. Dirigit per la creadora Teia Moner<\/a>,<\/strong><\/span> el museu ocupa un edifici hist\u00f2ric singular que conserva elements medievals, g\u00f2tics, modernistes i noucentistes.<\/p>

La Masia Can Falguera forma part del patrimoni arquitect\u00f2nic de Catalunya i est\u00e0 catalogada com a B\u00e9 d\u2019Inter\u00e8s Local (BIL). A la Sala Noble es conserva tamb\u00e9 l\u2019escut del llinatge Falguera, declarat B\u00e9 d\u2019Inter\u00e8s Nacional.<\/p>

Aquest entorn patrimonial acull les sales del MIT, on es pot descobrir una extensa col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de titelles d\u2019arreu del m\u00f3n, amb peces dels segles XIX al XXI. Un espai on patrimoni, hist\u00f2ria i cultura dels titelles conviuen en una masia amb segles d\u2019hist\u00f2ria.<\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is a house of primitive Catalan typology, with outbuildings from different eras. This construction has undergone many modifications of its original appearance, throughout its history. Originally, the building could have been located in the late medieval period (14th-15th centuries), although the current structure must have been built at the beginning of the modern period (16th century). During the following centuries several extensions were made. At the end of the 19th century, Can Falguera was given to farmers and ceased to be used productively to become a summer house. The fa\u00e7ade was modified in 1920 by Josep Maria Falguera due to his marriage.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Durant la segona meitat del segle XX es va produir el gran declivi de Can Falguera, quan els terrenys de la masia comen\u00e7aren a ser venuts per construir cases, naixent la urbanitzaci\u00f3 de Can Falguera. Aix\u00f2 va provocar que la masia s\u2019abandon\u00e9s i que arrib\u00e9s a un estat de conservaci\u00f3 gaireb\u00e9 ru\u00efn\u00f3s.
A finals de la d\u00e8cada de 2000, l\u2019Ajuntament de Palau-Solit\u00e0 i Plegamans va promoure el projecte de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i de reforma<\/a><\/strong><\/span> de Can Falguera at\u00e8s el dolent estat de conservaci\u00f3 que presentava.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
